Introduction

This virus has us reflecting on death, working together like never before and connecting on a whole different level. How can we be happy in uncertain times?

Josh interviews Founder Anne Lafleur from founder of The Gift of Happiness (Thegiftohhappiness.org, FB @Thegiftofhappiness, IG @Signsofkindness). Anne is on a mission to place a Sign of Kindness in 50 U.S. States. There’s always a battle of narratives that we adopt in good times or bad times. It’s in the challenging times where the narrative of love gets a little bit deeper. We really being pushed to ponder what really matters, who matters and what really makes us happy.

“The thing with love is that it’s big enough to hold all of us. All of our good stuff and all of our bad stuff.”

– Anne Lafleur
